Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
- Unauthorized charges to your account
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service
- Usage-based charges
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions
