Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
  • Unauthorized charges to your account
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at hi@supatab.app
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service
  • Usage-based charges
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
